Blueberry Apple Amazake Smoothie vegan

Great for breakfast. Substitute other berries or seasonal fruit for different flavors. If you use frozen fruit, there is no need to add ice. Add a handful of greens (mizuna, spinach or kale) for a nutritional boost.

Ingredients ( for 1 large serving)

3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup chopped apples
1 cup soymilk
3 tablespoons amazake (or 1 1/2 tablespoons amakoji)

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
