Salads & Salad Dressings
A simple salad dressing that works on any fresh vegetable dish. Add chopped herbs or garlic for a more distinct flavor
Ingredients (makes about 1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 tablespoons shio-koji
3 tablespoons olive oil
a dash of black pepper
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk vigorously. Alternatively, place all the ingredients in a jar, tighten the lid and shake.
